The Irish Times reports this morning (page 2 of the print edition) that there'll be no unilateral moves to implement roster changes for healthcare staff following union talks with HSE management yesterday. Fórsa is quoted as confirming the framework agreement, that governs work practice changes, remains in place. Fergal Bowers reports developments for RTÉ.
