See Remote workers are happier, but most forced back to office feel employer was justified in the Irish Times.

In the business section of the Irish Examiner, Alan Healy draws on Fórsa's research to argue When will Irish companies realise the return-to-office battle has been lost? and focuses on regional development: "Rural and suburban businesses spent years watching their customers commute away each morning. Remote work has quietly become an unexpected lifeline," while Elaine Loughlin reports on the conference, featuring Domnick West's excellent photography.

Emmet Malone's coverage from the INEC leads with "Public sector pay increases under local bargaining to be processed within weeks, Taoiseach says" - 'Micheál Martin ‘up for’ talks on new agreement as union boss signals deal may prove difficult', while Anne-Marie Walsh reports that the Taoiseach has made it clear to all ministers that he wants and expects “rapid progress” on outstanding local bargaining claims

Radio Kerry's coverage is also comprehensive, along with Killarney Today, Highland Radio, and Brian O'Donovan's report on SixOne last night covered anticipated pay talks and remote work. Some tech issues with the link but I will update this in a little while to include that report.

Your Zen this morning honours Fórsa's charity cyclists, who battled fierce winds to get to Killarney on Wednesday. Our retired colleague Dessie Robinson told me all about it yesterday, recommending Factor 50 for the windburn. This song is for you.

Have a great weekend.
