In the Irish Independent, Anne Marie Walsh reports that "most employers do not plan to seek an increase in office attendance by workers next year." That's according to Ibec’s latest HR update report, which reveals that a three-day in-person week is the most common working arrangement, followed by the requirement to work full time on-site.
On the same subject, the Irish Times reports that the survey, of almost 400 member employers, found that "fewer companies are concerned about the challenge of recruiting for on-site roles and there have been increased requirements for existing staff to attend the office." Ibec, meanwhile, in its response to the Budget, has urged "continued vigilance over the reliance on corporation tax."
