The Irish Times leads this morning with news that Government officials have warned "New supports will be needed for people as annual energy bills remain 90 per cent higher for gas and more than 60 per cent higher for electricity compared with pre-energy crisis prices," as new polling shows Protestants in Northern Ireland want special arrangements to guarantee a share of power if there is a united Ireland, but this is opposed by voters in the Republic.
