The Irish Times top news stories this morning include reports on a Fórsa ballot for industrial action at the HSE. 

It's widely reported across regional and national titles that Fórsa and the INMO are to begin balloting members employed by the HSE in the ongoing dispute about suppressed posts. Fórsa, the INMO, Siptu and other unions will also take part in lunchtime protests at various sites from next Thursday (3rd October).
