IALPA's industrial dispute has been widely reported across pretty much all media outlets over the last 48 hours, including last night's TV bulletins on RTÉ and Virgin Media, in addition to RTÉ's Claire Byrne and Drivetime broadcasts yesterday. There are also numerous pieces commenting on the impact of the  industrial action, and advising passengers on what to expect when it gets underway.

Elsewhere, the President's comments on Bloomsday about the far right and libraries provided an opportunity for me to respond on behalf of Fórsa, and was reported by RTÉ on Monday.

The Irish Congress of Trade Unions issued a statement yesterday to say the Government had caved in to business lobbying, following its U-turn on employer PRSI.

In Coventry, a ballot process that could see Amazon recognise a trade union in the UK for the first time is to begin, the Indo has news from Brendan Ogle's WRC hearing and TikTok could face millions of euros in fines if a complaint about political ads on the platform during the recent election campaign is upheld.

Your Zen moment this morning reflects my late arrival to the White Lotus hoopla. We dived straight into season two at the weekend having watched season one. Horrible wealthy people having a luxurious holiday as death waits in the wings turns out to be a pretty potent combination. Given the current cold June, vicarious sunshine doesn't hurt either.
