He's Delicious

In other news, Ticketmaster, Facebook and RTÉ are among Irish customers’ least favourite brands to interact with, according to the annual Irish Customer Experience report, conducted by Amárach research. RTÉ reports that the country's credit unions have the best customer experience

The same consumer report gets covered in the Irish Times, where the focus is on customer service in Ireland, which it says is getting worse, and that almost half of the "top 150 brands" performed poorly last year, noting "Aer Lingus nosediving."

Elsewhere, RTÉ's Morning Ireland reports that a new social media appeals body has just launched in Ireland, the Appeals Centre Europe.

Meanwhile, the Irish Times reports that Gardaí have compiled a list of members of the Oireachtas and other people, including those in academia, they believe have been targeted by Russians in Ireland seeking to exploit them for information gathering and destabilising the State.

The Irish Times publishes an interview today with Susan Reynolds. The 35 year-old Dubliner, who is studying psychology at UCD, reflects on her experience of long term homelessness, including sleeping in a tent on Dublin streets.

The same paper reports that the all-in cost of developing a two-bedroom, single-storey unit of accommodation in a social housing scheme in Dublin city is close to €450,000, and reports on the young people moving north to avail of lower housing costs: “The dream scenario is the southern wage and the northern rent.”

Zen

Second only to its Toy Show iteration, and slightly ahead of its Valentine's special, the Late Late Show's country and western night has become something of a cultural phenomenon. Last Friday's show was canny enough to include Mayo's biggest contribution to Instagram, the phenomenon that is Gary Noone. Paired here with another legend for a country classic.

Have a great day.
