Good morning colleagues, 

This morning's papers lead with themes emerging from the general election, and a bid by independents to make up the Government numbers, while Fianna Fáil is, once again, the largest political party in the State.

So, no real change to the status quo, (bar one high-profile casualty) making Ireland an outlier in recent electoral trends elsewhere, while the number of people in homeless accommodation in the State has reached another record high and is now at almost 15,000 people.
