Political advertising data from Facebook revealed Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael spent €31,506 and €31,160 respectively in the last week, and are by far the largest spenders on online political advertising, followed by the Labour Party, Sinn Féin, and Solidarity-People Before Profit.

 

Finland’s government plans to give new fathers the same amount of paid time off work as new mothers, nearly doubling paternity leave, it announced yesterday. Paid paternity leave will be extended to nearly seven months, in line with maternity leave.
