Urgent – don’t miss your chance to tell the HSE what’s going on

Dear members,

The jobs may have vanished, but the work hasn’t.

Have you completed our survey on the unseen consequences of the vacant posts the HSE have gotten rid of?

We need you to tell us in your own words what’s happening so we can tell the HSE enough is enough.

The survey closes on Monday 2nd September so don’t miss your chance to tell us what impact this disastrous decision is having on your working life.

Almost 3000 of you have shared stories of how you are being affected by unfilled positions in the HSE. But we need to hear from as many of you as possible.

This matters because we need your stories to tell the HSE about the impact their decision is having on staff.

Don’t let them sweep this under the rug. The more of you who complete the survey, the more information we will have on how the HSE’s unilateral decision to get rid of funded posts is impacting you, your colleagues, and the services you deliver.

The HSE has refused to consult with Fórsa or any trade union on these vacancies. They have also refused to share data with Fórsa as to how many funded and approved vacancies have been lost.

The more information we have, the more we’ll be able to tell the HSE exactly what’s happening and push back.

To encourage more members to take part in the survey you can print this poster and display it in your workplace

The survey is anonymous and should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

If you haven’t filled it out yet, please do now. And if you have, then share it with at least one colleague today.

Thank you,
