It's widely reported this morning that eight units of Dublin Fire Brigade were needed to deal with a major fire at the Metro Hotel in Ballymun, north Dublin last night. There are no reports of injuries, thankfully. Road closures will remain in effect in the area today, so best avoided if you're on the road in North Dublin today.
