And, just when I thought I was shock-proofed against the national self-destruction we call Brexit, it turns out that UK voters now believe economic ruin and violence against MPs are fine if they help it along. Other research finds they're not the only ones to suspend their sense of right and wrong on the field of play.

 

Over here, the finger-pointing over button-pressing continues. Over there, Johnson (currently) seems unlikely to get the December election he craves.

Yesterday, we took delivery of a little gift for Picasso. Had the Grim Reaper not intervened, the grand old painter would have celebrated his 138th birthday today. On the other hand, he did achieve a form of immortality, and much Zen.
