Reminder: Join us at Dublin Pride tomorrow

Dear members,

Dublin Pride takes place tomorrow, Saturday 28th June. It’s a chance to celebrate and honour the activists who fought for LGBTQIA+ rights in years gone by, and still do today.

This year Fórsa’s LGBTQIA+ network is inviting all members and friends to march with our union at Pride marches across Ireland this summer.

Register here to join us tomorrow: Fórsa 2025 Pride Marches.

Tomorrow, we'll be gathering at Fórsa, Nerney’s Court, Dublin 1 from 11:00am for tea, coffee and a light breakfast.

To enter the parade, you will need a wristband so that's why we need you to register. You can collect your wristband at our breakfast in Nerney’s Court.

Many members will be used to marching at Pride with friends, voluntary groups, or their employers. This year, we want all members to know they’re welcome to march with their union. Last year was the first time we marched at Pride with our own union banner, and we’re excited to do it again this year.

We’ll also be at Trans and Intersex Pride in Dublin on Saturday 12th July, followed by Cork Pride on Sunday 3rd August, and Galway Pride on Saturday 16th August, and you can register here to march with us.

In solidarity,

Kevin Donoghue
Head of Campaigns
