The civil service transfer scheme, previously accessed through the Fórsa publication ‘Civil Service Quarterly’ (CSQ), has migrated to the Fórsa website and can now be accessed HERE. Transfer requests will no longer appear in the magazine.

The transfer scheme is only available to employees not catered for under the current civil service mobility scheme which, at present, is live across clerical officer (CO) and executive officer (EO) grades.

Further rollout of this scheme is taking place on a phased basis, and discussions are underway for implementation across additional grades.

Those eligible and wishing to apply for a transfer should email transfers@forsa.ie with a short bio detailing their grade, department, location and any other relevant information.
