Fórsa alongside Siptu, Fórsa, Connect and the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, has collectively written to members affected by the transfer of water services from local authorities to Uisce Éireann to update them on matters relating to the implementation of the Framework for the Future Delivery of Public Water Services.

From the 1st of January 2024, statutory sick leave will increase from three days to five days per year.
